Terms of Service
Terms for Scority API usage, quotas, acceptable use, YouTube content limitations, key safety, and availability.
API access terms
Current API access expectations
- Access is provided by the Scority team and may be revoked if a key is leaked, abused, or used outside the agreed scope.
- API usage is subject to manually assigned quotas and rate limits.
- Users should not resell access, scrape at abusive volume, or expose keys client-side.
- Scority does not guarantee transcripts for every YouTube video.
- Some videos may return transcript_not_available or upstream_transcript_failed.
- Service availability depends on Scority infrastructure and upstream YouTube caption access.
