Scope
Data Scority expects to handle
- Contact details submitted through the API access or support flow.
- API request logs such as route, status code, error code, latency, and hashed identifiers.
- YouTube video identifiers or URLs submitted to the transcript endpoint.
- API key hashes. Raw API keys are shown once during issuance and should not be stored by Scority.
- Basic browser or contact-form metadata needed to operate the site and respond to requests.
Retention and security
Operational handling
- Usage logs support quota enforcement, debugging, and API access reliability monitoring.
- IP addresses should be handled as hashes where request logging supports it.
- Data retention windows may vary by customer agreement and operational need.
