Fallback processing capacity exists for supported accounts and harder videos, without every-video guarantees.
Proxy/captcha routing
Controlled proxy and captcha infrastructure exists for difficult upstream access paths.
Usage logging
Usage logging records request metadata for quota and dashboard foundations without storing raw API keys.
Rate limiting
Short-window API abuse protection is active separately from monthly quota enforcement.
Known limitations
No fake uptime numbers
This page intentionally avoids synthetic uptime claims. upstream_transcript_failed and transcript_not_available can occur for some videos. Customers can contact support for incident updates or account-specific fallback review.
